Do u have any tips on how u lost it?
• count kcal
• eat lots of protein and fruits
• smaller portions
• eat what u want but limit the portion size, i eat dessert everyday
• use the site TDEEA calculator to calculate how many kcal u should eat
• protein shakes, popcorn without oil, fruits, chicken breast and potato are very good for weight loss
• sugar free soda and jelly helped me a lot
• try to get more steps or workout in some form everyday
