Discussion First time standing up to my parents

I said morals are subjective and i don’t owe my respect to anyone’s beliefs and she got mad but had zero arguments

She’s trying to force me to go to some school and she asked me if i thought my uncles college was his first choice and i straight up told her i don’t care.

She told me that i should talk to my dad and i told her that he has the same ridiculous religious beliefs and there’s no point in talking to him

every time we argue she just starts shifting the blame onto me instead of talking about the actual topic

I’ve never once argued with my parents about religion or morality but today was the first time and it felt so good
