You always have to live in the now. That is the most important mental response you have to develop. When there is something not working you have to understand that the past doesn’t belong in the present.

You have to understand that you are not doing something because you care about the opinions and feelings of others.

This also ties back to living in the now. It’s essentially a mental checklist.

You have to overwhelm your brain with self-assurance about what you are going to do next.

You have to accept that you might always be a failure and not get what you could’ve reached.

Shift energy/Pay attention. Pay immense attention to what you are doing and shift energy with pre-emptive action to enter flow states.
