Fix my droopy nose

My nose is quite droopy and bulbous, I'll get somme hydrocortisone cream to make it smaller, I think it will work good because my nasal bone is sharp, but the skin is very thick. But before I want to fix my droopy nose to make look straight and a little bit upturned. Isn't there any way to achieve that, like I saw a YouTube video that got 5 million views about how to fix a droopy nose, I also saw some small pieces that are sold on amazon that you could put inside ur nose by night to fix it.

Maybe a little but idk if it'll look natural just try it out if u have spare cash see of u can find examples of people with similar noses
