Discussion Fix skin tone?

Can’t tell unless a pic is shown, a lot of reasons as to why your skin is red and not even. Could be rosacea, which is triggered by a lot of things but a good first step is having a good diet and fragrance free skin care routine. It could also be a damaged skin barrier, and to repair the barrier you have to use little skin care products, keep it simple, with just a cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. Another factor could be your skin tone, maybe you are just fair skinned and it’s easier to see blood rush to your face.

Recently into the looksmaxxing, pretty solid skin care routine yet can't seem too gain an equal skin tone across the face, specifically redness. How can I combat facial redness and achieve perfect skin tone? Thanks

Looks like it’s mild rosacea mixed with the fair skin factor so it looks more severe
The cause of rosacea is unknown, eating healthy is the first step. One thing you can do to protect your skin during the day and make it less prominent is use tinted sunscreen. I highly suggest the Dr Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment. It’s a mineral sunscreen with a slight green tint to it to cancel out the red😃 it turns beige as you rub it in so don’t worry about looking green

Drugs like alcohol and caffeine are known to trigger rosacea and eating real food helped my skin😃 Lots of meats like chicken/beef/turkey and green vegetables, prob won’t solve every skin problem but it’s a good start
Apart of my skincare includes a caffeinated eye cream and/or caffeinated eye roller for targeting eyebags and darkness in the area, should I avoide this? Also I will attempt too cut caffine out of my diet as I do consume alot, thankyou

I also need advice on shrinking pore size and ridding of acne scars, as my cheeks suffer

You’ll probably be fine, consuming it is what is known to trigger it but and looking at your undereyes they are not red compared to the rest but there’s a chance that you don’t get rosacea under your eyes. Experiment with it and see if your undereyes turn red or less red when you stop using it 👍

Go to a dermatologist they can help with the redness and see if you need tretinoin or laser resurfacing to help with acne scars. Tretinoin can also help reduce the appearance of pores
