Within 1-2 months, morning pain will significantly decrease, pillow mark on the face and unilateral pressure will diminish, and noticeable improvement in spinal posture and breathing may be observed. After 2-3 months, sleeping on your back becomes "natural". In the long term, the benefits to neck and back health are more noticeable.
