I feel that i took this the wrong way.

But I don't believe this. I believe that we all have a purpose and we have been given life to find such purpose.
Whether that is to cure cancer to drunk beer all day.

Maybe in some people's eyes. God could just be an interpretation of us, of the universe.
We couldn't know if he is dead as if he is us, we must be dead with him.
But if he is alive, we have no way of knowing, as he's keeping the universe (us) alive.
Or in other words, keeping himself alive by keeping us ignorant.
