I’ve read that the nose is actually one of the more dangerous places to inject cause you can even go blind, I want my nose tip to be smaller but I don’t know where to start

Ive never heard that but with safety stuff like that even if its not common knowledge or even proven untrue be careful, ive studied the nerves around the nose because I used to be a peircer and I can say, scientifically anything there isn't very bad except for the inner holes of the nose, obviously with the context of the septum peircing being one of the most dangerous its common knowledge that the inner nostril contains nerves leading to the brain and eyeballs, but I dont think u want aqualyx in ur nose holes anyways

When I say i found it 4 years ago I mean like, really got into it, ive known ab it for 6 years, but at around 4 years I started studying the logical science and chemicals and mental reasons behind these things, aswell as ive had a 15hr screen time every day for the last few years soooo

Id like to say im unfortunately one of the most knowld3dgeful users on here, weither its from Trails and error, or studying chemicals and ingredients themselves, or reading dsm's and pages apon pages of philosophy, or getting ratings on here everyday for a year and getting tons of tips and opinions, or my experience with extreme extreme popularity after recovering and surviving horror movie like bullying, I know what every persons final goal is, I know what you need and what suits you on the inside and the outside, in your current habitat and dream habitat, and how you can utilize what you think holds you back weither its a small feature or a mental dent (insecurity or personality disorder)
So please.

Every one deserves a halo perception, especially everyone here, my experience on here at first was awful, but once I stopped being rude for clout and a big fat piggy everyone got nicer, I tend to admire and appreciate this site more than I'd like to admit, its nearly killed me a few times, but way more than those few its reminded me that even if your bad, there bad people who will care for you because of that, even if your ugly there's ugly who'll care because of that, and even if your awful or perfect, there will always be atleast 1 human out there with the understanding to have empathy, because empathy is an emotions and not a trait.

Obviously fat grafting, implants have been notorious since the 80s for slipping out of place, being unescarily expensive, carrying bacteria, etc, with fat grafting its a semi new procedure but still old enough to be well and easily done, aswell as the recovery time can be less due to it being already natural human material, the implants are a foreign object and the body takes longer to recover due to the fact its doesn't recognize the synthetics, whereas fat grafting comes from one's own body so the tissue recognizes its own, aswell as with implants it leaves very little skin to heal, with fat grafting it has the same DNA as blood and skin so it'll obviously heal better because the body wont detect it as an enemy or whatever

I dont even remember when or how I learned that, I just know I did a lot for very long and these pills make me remember, I believe i learned it from rupaul and a video essay on Trans women in the 80s and how plastic surgery was done then lol, the 80s was kind of the pinnacle beginning of common folk plastic surgery, or yk like plastic surgery for greed and vainity and not health and war injury reasons, so its important to learn how plastic surgery stemmed into esthetics and why each new technique was invented, anything used firstly back in the day will always be less worthwhile than new procedures, for the very reason the new procedures were made, innovation never ends, and things will always get better and better

Fat grafting doesn't have very high risk at all, I also forget to mention the #1 obvious benefit, loss of extra fat and that obnoxious extra fat being used for good
There's only like 1 falio for fat grafting, but its really rare
Sometimes because it is live tissue it can get necrosis quicker than it can start healing and the chosen area can either heal lumpy or uneven, or the fat graft can simply fall off, but thats all in very very very rare cases
