This makes sense. If a woman is of "high mate value" then they will want to find a "high value" mate. That is simply just assortative mating and is fair. Also David Buss studies actually favors my argument.

How does the skewed men to women ratio on dating apps lead to that correlation of 1/3 of men getting all the girls? I'm confused. Hypergamy is heavily exaggerated, assortative mating is what plays out in real life.

If the group of women is 1/3 to to every 1 guy then out of every 3 guys that swipe on a girl one of those guys statistically would have been swiped back on but that’s not the case even at the top 20% that get the matches the disparity is exponential, the top 5% get multiple times more the the top 20% and a magnitude again for the top 1 to the top 5, this is not a bell curve it’s a highly skewed exponential curve
