I think you'd be better off using powder to set the tinted spf and, if it still transfers, then, yes, a setting spray. be careful because using a setting spray might make the sunscreen less effective.
 
if i apply tinted sunscreen should i use a setting spray so it doesnt come off if i sweat
when i wear it i use a little bit of setting powder, and then setting spray and it stays all day even now that the weather is hot
