ok try these:
1. use Olive oil or coconut oil as makeup remover
2. Use a clarifying shampoo or ur brows
3. Use an exfoliant on ur brow area

Warning: Be careful to not get anything in ur eyes. Also don't use store bought shi like "color oops" as it can damage ur eyes.
