Food for acne.

I have a lot of acne and I use a cleanser but it keeps on coming back. Are there any food I should eat to help with acne?
 
heres my suggestions and it helped with my cousins acne!
  • yellow and orange fruits and vegetables such as carrots, apricots, and sweet potatoes.
  • spinach and other dark green and leafy vegetables.
  • tomatoes.
  • blueberries.
  • whole-wheat bread.
  • brown rice.
  • quinoa.
  • turkey.
  • german drinks
 
Omega-3 fatty acids foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as fatty fish (salmon mackerel sardines walnuts flaxseeds and chia seeds. Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that may benefit skin health.
Remember everyone's body is unique and dietary changes may not work the same for everyone
