Ts is abt your thread Everything you need to ascend where you linked a post calling ghkcu cope low iq post which i called lowiq and you denied
blah blah heres my two cents or smth

The post linked has 8, line breaks totally 9 blocks of text for viewer retention, so ill treat each separately no matter the size or importance

#1- "Mandy is back with another thread, this is a very contracting claim I have but GHK-CU has to be the biggest skincare cope to exist. In this thread,we will disclose as to why exactly without much scientific backing.”

Why autistic: “contracting claim” has no meaning
- literally states “WITHOUT much scientific backing”

#2- "First thing I’ll answer is the fact that people tell me “If it’s cope why do people see results?”. It’s a pretty simple answer that dosen’t need much thought into it.”

Why autistic: If people see results, it would take quite the effort to actually make up another reason for such. But I guess he wasn’t lying when he said “doesn’t need much thought” because there really isn’t much thought here

#3- “Due to the fact that people use other chemicals to their skincare regimen, which are far more effective such as tretinoin etc which actually support the skin’s collagen and elastin unlike GHK-CU this question is simply answered. The “results” you see aren’t actually the GHK-CU”

Why autistic: Assumption that everyone using GHK-CU is using it with other “more effective” treatments. Which is simply not a take you can ever really make.

#4 “Why would GHK-CU never work?”

Why autistic: loaded question fallacy, assumes ghkcu does not work at all and frames the discussion as explaining its failure and not evaluating evidence.

#5 “The skin simply has a barrier called the stratum corneum that prevent large peptide molecules from passing through, this is there as a protective shield. So in meaning,If GHK-CU is injected less than 1% will actually pass through even with great liposomal carriers. [Journal of Investigative Dermatology,2022]"

Why autistic: The stratum corneum is micrometers thick, around 20 micrometers ⅓-⅕ of the thickness of a hair
So why does he follow it up saying if ghkcu is injected, less than 1% will actually pass through. If ghkcu is injected, youd be far past the stratum corneum into the dermis, to put in perspective you’d be ideally injecting anywhere from 500 micrometers to like 2000 micrometers deep
and btw i dont have the link to the study he looked at here but liposomal carriers are for topical ghkcu, so i dont know why he said injected

#6 “Lab studies, the one you commonly see on pubmed etc use concentrations up to 10% meanwhile even if you have a good source the possibility of you having just more than a concentration of 0.05% is really rare. Yes you heard right, you’re most likely having a concentration of 0.01%.”

Why autistic: the possibility of you having more than a concentration of 0.05% is really HIGH. I don’t know where he’s getting the 0.01% from. That would be 1 miligram of ghkcu for every 10 mililiters of the carrier liquid. A normal amount of ghkcu for this would be 1-2 miligrams for every mililiter, or a 0.1-0.2%

Side note: when you purchase ghkcu, its almost always in powder format. Which means YOU are the one adding the carrier liquid, meaning YOU directly control the concentration level. Dummy

7# “GHK-CU modulates collagen degrading enzymes but dosent promote collagen synthesis,if applied topically it would still be useless due to collagen synthesis needing compounds to reach the fibroblasts deep inside of he dermis to activate it. Injecting it dermally, meaning injecting it locally into the skin will barely help due to its poor utilization. If you’re not deficient in copper or copper utilizing enzymes you’re body will already have proper copper modulation.”

Why autistic: ghkcu does in fact modulate collagen degrading enzymes, weird how this is acknowledged but he still says it doesn’t promote collagen synthesis.
Ghkcu stimulates fibroblasts which are responsible for making collagen, it binds to them and directly increases their production
It also does more than modulate genes that make degrading enzymes so theres less, it does the opposite to and upregulates genes that are responsible for collagen synthesis.

8# “The last 2 reasons why it’s cope is due to the fact that your whole body needs copper utilization, injecting GHK-CU won’t mean it will specifically target the skin, the skin on your face is also just a margin of your total skin which makes it USELESS. Even if it works for a time, the fact that your skin quickly grows densensitized to the peptide after just a few weeks of use will demolish the idea of it working full term.”

Why autistic: it is common knowledge that you dont inject into the bloodstream for it to be distributed randomly throughout your body(ghkcu doesnt even last all that long in the bloodstream anyway) but it does target the face if you obviously inject it into your face. Duhduh

9# “I hope someone found this useful, unfortunately peptides are the biggest scam going on right now in this community. Mandy will be back with another thread soon.”

Why autistic: assumes anyone found ts(this shit) useful

Brootal, anyways guys i hope someone found this useful, unfortunately low iq ppl are the biggest scam going on right now in this community. Almighty sigma wolf will be back with another thread fucking never.

For someone that says "why autistic", it's quite ironic since you're one of the most autistic users on this forum. No hate tho, I think all your points are valid and do make sense but unfortunately I can't confirm as I pretty much only have surface knowledge concerning ghk-cu. I appreciate that you spent your time deconstructing with what you thought was out right wrong, I share this same feeling when people spread misinformation.

Also I do not like that Kaligula uses Mandy's thread as a way to gain reps and then claim it's his "smartest thread".

im not even the slightest bit on the spectrum btw.
and dont doubt urself irony, you CAN confirm.
i only have surface knowledge too but it was still enough to recognize the absolute slop i was reading.

You have a very interesting persona at least

Unfortunately no since I haven't made extensive research on ghk-cu.

Mogs my knowledge on it
Meh I think the main issue was how he was mismatching info from injection and topical
