Discussion (For men) You don’t need to train more than 4 times a week

I need to be in the gym 6 times a week or else I go insane
6 times a week 2 hours every day:Continuos stimulation but no rest to grow.
3-4 times a week: perfect stimulus of hypertrophy and a 24-48 hour rest period between each workout leading to better growth.

There is no point in training more than that,you stimulate hypertrophy with working out you grow when you rest.
Training 6 days a week for 2 hours is pointless when you can train 3-4 times a week for a total of 3-4 hours a week.
wrong different routines will work better for different people, plus 2 rest days are recommended so you can space out working different muscles over 6 days

if you look at different body builders youll realize many followed vastly different programs? wanna know why they get personal trainers and work for years on making an ideal workout program? because their trying to find what works out best for them.. there is no ideal gym routine that pertains to everyone

When I stopped gymcelling back in fall, your body breaks from the routine and realizes that it's torture, it does not feel good to do. Even though I will step foot in a gym every now and again, I will only do things that are somewhat worth it like shoulders, back, and pullovers for frame. Natural movement that is not stressful is the best for you. Walking, playing around, jumping, just doing whatever you feel like doing is the best for you. If I feel like doing a fucking cartwheel, then I should do it.

tbh i lift light, do cardio, stretch, and it lowk makes me feel good and helps me sleep, plus i don't like getting totally body mogged by other guys but thats a personal thing in competing with my friends more then a wanting to attract females thing

You have to let your body rest 2-3 days for optimal growth,the workout stimulates growth,the resting periods give you growth.

who actually wants to go on a run? running is useless and messes with your hormones.
calisthenics would be a better alternative to weight training and maybe doing it 1-2x per week max.
go outside, sleep well, eat raw meat, raw liver, and raw milk.
