It’s less scary for the animal so they don’t release toxins from stress that makes it taste a bit better and is less barbarian. Also halal is less expensive in most eu countries I think. Kosher is good too but it’s expensive asf.

i'm orthodox, and i don't mind eating halal meat at all. i've had it many times and enjoyed it. i also respect the care that's put into how the animals are treated
