I tried it for a few months, and I took proper progress pictures. There wasn't any big difference, I think any forward growth I got was just from mewing + puberty combo. The idea of thumbpulling etc is contrary to the laws of how bones work. None of it makes sense when you think about it.


Anyone who saw progress likely took a pajeet quality "before and after" picture with a different angle. I can literally create inches of difference in bone mass from just a few degrees difference in angle. You need professional progress pictures, not an iphone pointed at the side of your head.

they are basically mewing, Jordan Wood seems to be the only one to have provided actual proof thumbpulling might work

Thumb pushing, tongue posture, jaw exercises, it’s all ritual. You want to believe you’re shaping bone when really, you’re just distracting yourself from the fact that your foundation was set years ago.

If it brings you comfort, keep going. But don’t mistake movement for progress.
