pic doesnt really apply for men tho, as women have more forward growth due to estrogen + less prominent brow ridge. for men, as long as you dont have a cucked recessed chin, then ur doing good. theres no real good way to measure it at home besides just looking and seeing if ur either obviously recessed or not.
