What makes you have a chopped side profile but a nice face? Also why do his zygos look so good from the front but from the side they look non existent, even if he has face fat, prominent cheek bones often show through.

Because for the zygomatic bone to be projected and visible from the side you must be lean and have good maxillary development
And he looks good!

Bad posture is making his jaw look weak as, also losing face fat and getting lean for prominent Zygos from the side. Looks like possible starting signs of maxilla recession?
