did my first high volume leg day on saturday. woke up at 5am today from excruciating adductor & quad pain, thinking my legs were about to come off. was walking around my uni in agony the entire day looking like a FUCKING BOSTON DYNAMICS ROBOT. fuck :thisisfine:

I JUST LOOKED AT RECENT BOSTON DYNAMIC ROBOTS AND THE LITERALLY WALK BETTER THAN ME MAN :monkahmm:
