tasted worse than i expected so now my mood is ruined

Because it's safe to consume but the protein in it is poor quality, protein powder should come from only skimmed milk or yogurt whey but they're far more expensive

Just put it in your mouth and then put water too then gargle it like a mouthwash and drink it
