Hair is it's least important function imo, all it's benefits support hair growth and also cause more blood to go to where you want hair to grow but IMO micro needling is underrated , i guess tretinoin does the same mostly but if you don't have access to that you should be micro needling unless you're a teenager

Depends on the scars, but it can get rid of most scars unless its so bad you're better off getting laser treatment or a chemical peel

you can get the dermapen from anywhere i got mine for like €50/€60 with a bunch of cartidges

also get alcohol wipes, because always disinfect the equipment, needles( even though you get them sealed) and your face before doing it.
