anyone know meals for me to eat like 3 or 4 times a day, ive been struggling to gain weight BADLY i can hardly get down 1k cals in a day i just have no appetite during the day, idk if theres like supplements i can take to make my appetite bigger but if there is let me know. I also dont wanna bloat the fuck outta my face while gaining weight so how do i balance the weight gain

And eat fats to get more calories in

Low calorie surplus

Don't eat too much, just eat a little extra over what you normally eat on and lift.
