eyeliner and mascara are completely different things, mascara is in wand form for a reason (easy application) and the formula is completely different to eyeliner as well.

eyeliner and mascara are completely different things, mascara is in wand form for a reason (easy application) and the formula is completely different to eyeliner as well.

Its not hard to use but can be a little scary at first id reccomend some sorta clear mascara if your gonna buy since if you buy black mascars itll be very obvious
