Lots of information is already well known,people like to farm by making a thread about the most water thing ever. I wouldn’t say users who make these guides are completely clueless but they don’t give a shit if you ascend by using their guide/method. If a thread looks very DNRfuel it’s most likely AI generated. The only ones you should be following advice for here om this forum is @Archelaus ,@Currycelloser, @Knight and me. These people are the only ones who actually put their time and research for your sakes to be optimal,healthy and good looking instead of farming for reps.
