I haven't read much on this but guenon's spiritual authority adn temporal power book is all you need tbh.

He probably knows about this way better than anyone

i like evola
He argues that warrior classes mog the spiritual authorities and that's where the whole thing gets messed up

actually, that's what guenon argues against, that's his main beef against evola, other than that they're both traditionalists

no he doesn't say that, according to him brahmin spirit (the most transcedend) is superior to aristocrat one and aristocracy includes warriors

I'm not sure if you ever read the doctrine of awakening, but in that he makes very clear that his stance on warriors mogs brahmins.

That one quote "the blood of heroes is holier than any ink of any of scholar" was made by him

You might wanna re-check that, he makes it very clear that the Buddha made his own path for virility and "left hand path" because he personally despised the orthodox brahmin authority( I don't think this is actually what the Buddhist canon teaches, but he did well for his time)

Guenon is what you're looking for tbh, I cannot really think of any instance where evola praised priests

evola unlike guenen just wants to restore the aristocracy rather than brahmins, i agree with it more cuz it's almost impossible to restore brahmins (although i'm not sure on this one).
but yeah i like brahmins much more anyway

If you really think about it, neither Guenon or Evola wanted to restore anything. The confusion here comes from the trying to bridge the gap of a post-hierarchical society spiritualist and a philosopher. They all went their own way, Guenon fucked off to Cairo, I bet he doesn't even want to engage in that "traditional" lifestyle. But usually people like these don't try to make a difference in society, that's some later greco-roman thing.

cause he needs to reassure himself that hes superior because of his race so that the ltn mirror reflection and lack of intelligence doesnt get to him
i'm superior due to my spirit, not race (although this too)
