i was at the gym working out goofing around with 2 more friends and we spotted some of those stacking boxes you can test your vertical with
my friend who did basketball for 2 years and is very good asked to see who has the highest vertical thinking he would win easily
my first friend failed the jump but tbh hes like 5'10
now it was up to me and my other friend
he landed the jump
i failed the first time, tried again and jumped higher than him
he wanted to go again and i still jumped way higher than him every time
hes been depressed since
