Instead of dieting and trying to cut out food, what if I just literally walk for like 13-15 hours, and then I run up and down stairs like 1,500 times during that, and then I do weight lifting 1 hour and 30 minutes, surely this is enough to put me in a deficit regardless of me eating in a surplus
