i transitioned mtf, i wanted to be a girl idk, and like bottom surgery is covered by insurance in my country and top surgery u dont need u can js take meds to grow tits which will also redistribute weight

and as far as facial stuff not gonna be more than $200k total

bottom surgery doesnt rly tend to be that risky in the us anyway

not worth it honestly, id get the bottom surgery. hrt will make you infertile in the long run and you'll have to get off it to impregnate anyone. changes can revert and itll bring you back down to square one
