im currently 110lbs/50kg, 5'9/175cm and 14,5. been underweight my whole life. i kickbox twice a week/3hrs total, besides that i do daily light workout like push ups, pull ups etc. planning to gym at 15/16. any advice concerning diet/excercise?

tbh 50kg at 14 is not even like too bad, If I were to remember correctly I was 60kg at that time or at 15

at your age just eat a fuckton of meat and dairy, do compound lifts get your protein / creatine / vitamins. don't do anything stupid like fucking with steroids till you're finished growing.

past 2 months ive been eating atleast 300ml of milk, 100gr of cheese and meat daily. getting 60-80gr protein daily, fruit and vegetables aswell 2L water, also daily vitamin gummies. been sick past week, had no appetite so lost some havent looked into supplements tho

Compound lifts : select a few you like become strong at it

Diet : Increase calories but avoid junk trash, eat the most raw, natural foods in quantity : milk kefir, meat, potatoes, fruits, eggs, sardines, walnuts and so on.
