Started ritalin about 3 weeks ago, after failing at school since i started
And man it is life changing but only if you follow up with good sleep, diet,
Also with immediate release adhd meds there tends to be a crash, when it ends
So make sure to eat some carbs and protein 30 mins before it wears off
