My body starts to itch and crave for excercise, i feel a bit sadder/fatter and weaker (even if i know it's all a mental construct)

Lile today i broke my gym break on a vacation with 35 degrees outside and was about to faint lol

exactly bro i kimda use girls as goals sometimes, i really like her though i stalk her reposts alot she loves what i love i saw her spam account i loved it shes just like me, its really bad that she left me on seen three times and then i asked her if shes bothered by me she said yeah, but i love that because when i dream of the bersion of myself actually having her attention it gives me determination and just another reason i ascended once bc of the same thing with another girl and ill do it again.
