1. I find someone that lost his purse and take the license, buy them and put it back into the purse and place the purse where I found it.
2. I try to find a shop that sells it, mostly with an ethnic that can't talk German well he will most likely not care about it
3. A friend of a friend could get them but Im Not Sure
