U can buy it as a cream or oil but injecting it is much more effective because instead of seeping through your skin your putting it in your bloodstream directly. You can make applying it on your face directly much more effective if you use a derma roller to microneedle your skin allowing the serum to seep through your skin more easily.

wait until you are done with acutane, talk to your derm about getting some. I haven't seen any negative effects as long as you follow directions.
