idk, i don't have it too bad i think, i just have spells of nausea and headaches and my executive functioning (which is already pretty bad) just goes down the drain. also energy drinks make me really jittery only in luteal and ~1st half of menstrual. also i get hella bloated which also sucks, i gain like 3 pounds

some girls i know throw up a bunch and have to skip school so i guess i don't have it that bad...?
