Girls i wanna start using gua sha...what type of moisturiser should i get for it? This is my skin type

It's not about it being clean (yes that's highly important) but it's because the pressure irritates the skin and fucks it up
Hmm weird...sugar didn t give me acne but this will? Maybe if I use hands it is fine?

Hands would work. I guess it's just bad using any technique like gua sha if you have oily skin because people with dry skin get the most out of it.

So not for me. Mine is a combination or smth. Oily nose and chin, forehead a bit oily(depends), cheeks normal and near my nose and lips is dry

Yeah avoid it then, you wouldn't need it anyway tho. If you get real bloated just adjust your diet and drink a lot more water

Drink ~2-3L of water per day to reduce retention in the face, wet face with cold water after washing to reduce puffiness after waking up, and use your hands instead of a gua sha.

Thanks. I naturally do the first two. I didn t even know that not all people wash their faces with cold water
