how did u find reta? how did you do the dosing, any side effects and how long was ur first cycle for?

started at 0.5 mg for the first two weeks, increased to 1 mg for another two weeks, then moved up to 1.5 mg. During the final month, I took 1.5 mg every five days, as retatrutide has a half-life of roughly six days.

I didn’t experience any noticeable side effects during that first cycle. However, I’m now on my second cycle and started at 2 mg before increasing to 2.5 mg after just one week. A couple of days after the increase, I developed pretty severe stomach cramps and nausea.

I increased the dose too quickly. The advice to take dose escalations slowly is there for a
reason.

Also, I was in the gym every day and consistently averaged around 15,000 steps daily. I didn’t count calories, but I generally ate two meals per day.

Over the course of my first cycle, I lost approximately 15 kg. If you’re considering taking reta good luck and don’t rush to increase your dosage.
