I have severe eating issues and start shaking and feeling dead when I try to cut to like 1.5 k calories but can eat like 4k in a meal jfl

Thinking about glp1 and retatrutide right now since i desperately need to cut weight and am just hoping 1.5k is low enough

Well blood sugar could be playing a role bro, And appetite suppressants lower blood sugar but keeps food in the stomach longer.

I would do some research on that.

If you're a man, you might want to start at around 2k calories instead of 1.5 and opt for low-fat options. 1.5k can be far too low, especially if you're tall and active. You mentioned needing to cut weight desperately, are you doing it for sports reasons?

okay well all appetite suppressants are temporary. if you really want to starve yourself rather than work out and diet than just drink massive amounts of water and chew gum whenever you feel hungry.
 
I work out twice a day jfl
then you need more calories. its obvious, but a gradual calorie deficit paired with high-protein meals to maintain muscle mass. incorporating cardio and strength training will also help with fat loss while keeping performance levels up. rapid cuts will lead to fatigue and muscle loss, so you shouldnt be surprised by your symptoms
