Canthoplasty, but you're still pretty much above average so I don't wanna complex you uselessly

I was thinking possibly a Canthopexy and possibly a lower bleph but again I feel like If I'm going to do surgery I want it to fix my least appealing feature so would you say that it's my canthal tilt or something else I should focus on?
