my bf is gonna visit me in 2-3 months so i definitely have tons of time to lose weight naturally but i’m so scared i’ll fail and still be chubby when he visits lol. i’m so tempted to do some type of glp-1 pill but idk if it’s worth it. i’m just really stubborn too and wanna do it naturally i guess. i’ve lost weight successfully counting cals in the past but lately i’ve been so bad at it i need more discipline. what advice do you guys have? i’ve been walking 15k steps a day and eating 1,200 cals but i’m just scared of crashing. i need to push through though i have no excuses
