it might take like months then in my experience going from being underweight to eating in a surplus is EXTREMELY difficult esp if you odnt have a high appetite you have to slowly work up to eating morehuh interesting

the fairlife chocolate one is my current go to its pretty good
i need to get like you its my dreamit took around 6 months and it was extremely difficult but SO worth it i have never felt so comfortable in my body i genuinely feel pretty in the mirror now

yeah it seems like protein shakes and bars are prob your best bet but dont eat just based on calories
its rlly bad to just eat junk food obvi and snacks like that you need nutritional value
