going to ortho in few days what should i ask for

i’m 14 n i have damon braces rn, my maxilla is recessed as well as my jaw which is brutal but i asked the ortho if they can give me anything to help n they said no. insurance doesn’t cover ortho so what can i do and what can i ask for

if your maxilla & mandible are both recessed orthodontics cant do much for the facial profile depending on the individual 14 might be young enough for growth modification if youre still growing if youre not youll need bimax if you want to fix your recession next time you go to the ortho ask why they said no or try and get a second opinion
