what should I ask for i have elephant ears in person so hoping to cover that up

Medium length with high side part, would prob fit you, and if you make it fluffy like you have it rn, but i would suggest that you grow your hair really long, and then get a medium length with high side part, or just a fade, cuz i don't think people care about ears, if they just see the hair they would not notice your ears
 
Just get a taper fade, keep the overall hairstyle
