If she is really a woman and not larping, going vegan will be worse for women, especially with endometriosis and big loss of blood during periods. A lack of b12 & iron and it's permanent anemia

Even women need animal fat for hormones production
 
have a balanced diet if possible so eat everything

but if u like animals to stay alive
go vegetarian so u can have dairy and eggs
dont go vegan
