Good luck man. It's understandable to be feeling complicated or even down after a breakup. Like I said previously, I didn't really feel the grief until a few days later after the breakup. So it's understandable.

Just remember that you pulled her because you're desirable man. You immediately got a baddie because women see you as a desirable man. So go into the date proud When I first started dating I felt kind of embarrassed about the thought of a woman liking me but when I went into the mindset of "Most men struggle to even get a message back and I'm over here setting up dates and shit" it boosted my confidence a bit.
