but i got 2 more inportant things
heightmaxxing, and leanmaxxing
which are polar opposites
heightmaxxing require calories
and leanmaxxing needs less
so im fucked
im around 20 % but i doubt that would change anything in the face ratios cause theres still bone under there

nah thats actually cope, just go on ketosis, youll take energy from your fat sources instead of the glucose of the carbs, so youll get lean even eating 4000 cal a day if you can actually stand 4000 cal of protein and fats a day, i can pm you more info if you are interested

im 100% sure it does, its pure physiology, if you dont have glucose your boday starts taking energy from your fat sources suxh as the belly, tights, etc... i mean just judge my results go on my op thread on rating, super lean and got every single blood measurement perfect, fully healthy, just pm me if you wanna know more ab it
