they are SO LOUD blasting their sexy red and lil baby and wtv shit rapper music they have on, and i’m trying to study. it is day time so i understand but they do this once the sun goes down and it’s so damn annoying.

no way you can really avoid it, there will always be a large amount of tweakers in any given uni
