most of them works for face I recommend water based one and cheaper one ofc
main problem is hair scalp I dont have any advice for hair scalp bro that is hell u cant even scratch ur hair it looks like its snowing outside if u have time I would recomend u take high doses for short period and quit asap longer u use longer u looksmin
