I was getting given out for not xyz, my dad was pretty furious with me he shouted my name and brought my downstairs gripping my collar asking about xyz, I was already struggling with high cortisol levels because I was sick and I’m still am
I was so fucking stressed I had my dad shouting at me gripping my collar and my mother screaming in my ear about xyz
He was gripping my collar hard and I started to get slightly light headed I didn’t think much of it at first but then I got so much worse, I was losing my vision in real time I couldn’t see shit, all blurry like if you were squinting your eyes you could see the little bright glimpses of light ten times it
Then I started get tinnitus, in my ears out of no where and I was losing my ability to hear, already extremely light headed I was losing my balance I couldn’t stand up straight, my dad notice and made me sit down. The ringing was so fucking loud, was fucking scared shitless I didn’t know what was happening to me
after the ringing stopped, I could barely speak like I was putting in a lot effort to make a slight croak in my throat, parents noticed and backed off for a while
But I’m okay now, I can speak, hear and no longer light headed this shit has never happened to me before
