I made a thread about well-being before but having gratitude is the easiest way to better your mental health and actually feeling happy. Stops you from getting consumed by the feeling of wanting more.

Ik some edgelords are gonna say shit like “there’s nothing to be grateful for” I said it before, you rot on a forum on a device all day, you’re somewhat privileged.

So, once in a while, write down or say what you’re grateful for

I’m grateful for my insecurities and experiencing ego death back in Jan. I wouldn’t be where I am rn without it.

I'm grateful for my acquaintainces and friends (I prefer to call them friends even if they may just be acquaintances). Not tagging so people don't feel left out.
I'm thankful for this forum because it helped me learn a specific aspect of my life I don't think I would have self realized. I'm thankful for my IRLs for keeping my grounded when necessary and focused on moving onto the next thing.
