im planning on using a metal frame on the top of my house to attach a rope to so it goes down and touches the garden floor so i can climb up and down every day to train grip and forearms. What do yall think?

the only thing that would probs make me let go of the rope would probs be if i see some spider. Today my dad was trying to act as if he threw a spider at me and i accidently threw my protein drink at him due to me being scared.
